About
SALEA is, above all, a story of family, passion for real estate and life abroad.
Founded by Amélie Gauthier and Sébastien Nuckle, a Quebec couple living in Mexico, SALEA was born from the desire to offer owners a personalized, human, and trustworthy property management service. Whether for short- or long-term rentals, complete property management, or turnkey furnishing, our goal is simple: to simplify your life while maximizing the value and profitability of your property.
With a presence on the ground in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Puerto Morelos, we support expat owners and investors remotely with complete transparency. We treat each property as if it were our own, with professionalism, rigor... and a touch of human warmth.
The name SALEA represents our family (Sébastien, Amélie, Léa and Alicia), but also our values: reliability, kindness and attention to detail.
And in Spanish, “salea” is also a nod to the iguana, discreet but very present in the region — a local symbol that we adopt with pride.
